Integrating Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or “Tapping”), North Node astrology, and other holistic modalities, my highly attuned facilitation draws from over thirty years of deep personal and spiritual development. Including a B.A. in English from Yale, and decades of work as a movement artist, arts facilitator, educator, and global citizen, my wide study of Eastern and Western cultural, healing, and spiritual traditions informs an intuitive, culturally aware, and trauma-informed approach.
